We manufacture electroplated and sintered diamond tools.

The company was founded on 01.02.1978 in Düren by Mr. Ludwig Krauss. In February 1980 the company moved to the Siegerland. On 28.11.1989 the sole proprietorship was transformed into Diamantwerkzeuge Krauss GmbH and on 17.07.1995 Mr. Dirk Pfister was appointed managing director.
Our main focus is the production of special tools, the basic bodies of which are manufactured in our workshop according to the special wishes of our customers. In doing so, we always demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, especially with regard to delivery dates and manufacturing products.

Our quality management system

In September 2007 we introduced a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

We use this system to implement our quality policy and quality objectives through an effective organizational and operational structure, to identify potential for improvement and to realize continuous improvements. In this way, we secure competitive advantages for the benefit of our customers and lay the foundation for the long-term success of our company.
