One focus is on special machines for the planar and planar parallel machining of components in micro and nano machining. We work on workpieces in various materials and in various shapes and sizes with high accuracy and precision. Powerful measurement and programming systems support the certified and audited procedures and processes. Thanks to a state-of-the-art and flexible organisation, contract manufacturing is as efficient for individual parts and small series as for large series production in the automotive industry.

In micromachining, the range of machined materials for surface finishing ranges from tool steel to light and precious metals, glass and plastic to powder metallurgy and ceramic, as well as crystalline materials. FLP Microfinishing offers planar and planar parallel machining in flat honing, precision grinding, lapping and polishing including process documentation, measurement value documentation and structural analysis.

Trade – High quality consumables according to latest development standards

The supply of accessories and consumables such as finely graded silicon carbide, boron carbide, special corundum as well as honing oils and diamond suspension complements our range of services perfectly as a system provider.
We supply consumables for all commercially available machines from the following manufacturers: Stähli, Wolters, Wenzky, Melchiorre, Lapmaster, JOKE, Speedfam. We also distribute powders and suspensions as well as lapping and polishing fluids via our own brand. Our products are produced exclusively by selected DIN ISO certified suppliers and manufacturers according to our specifications. They are subject to constant quality control and are continuously adapted to the latest development standards and technical requirements.
