HAMMER Workshops
Knowledge that makes a difference in practice
Workshop programme 2026
Technologies continue to evolve and processes are becoming increasingly complex. In manufacturing, sound knowledge is therefore more important than ever for efficiency, quality and competitiveness.
On this basis, the proven workshop series will continue in 2026. Five targeted technology workshops will provide practical experience, up-to-date technological knowledge and real-world applications from everyday machine and tool use.
04.03.2026: The HAMMER machining process
20 May 2026: Micro-machining: micro-tools & micro-deep-hole drilling
1 July 2026: Turn Key – what does ‘HAM-Tools’ entail?
14 October 2026: The HAMMER FastLane
18 November 2026: High-performance machining ‘milling’
04.03.2026 - The HAMMER machining process
The influencing factors and prerequisites that determine your results
In this workshop, you will learn how optimally designed machining enables stable and economical production results and which key parameters have a significant influence on the process. You will also experience optimised machining in a practical setting directly on the machine.
20 May 2026 – Micro machining: micro tools & micro deep hole drilling
Difference between main spindle & high-speed spindle
Micro machining places the highest demands on tools, machines and spindles – especially when working with very small diameters. This workshop provides a concise overview of the most important basics and demonstrates live how different spindle concepts affect process reliability and result quality.
01.07.2026 - Turn Key – was steckt alles in „HAM-Tools"?
14 October 2026 – The HAMMER FastLane
Special tools in your production facility in just a few minutes
The workshop shows how individual special tools can be created in a very short time and used immediately in machining. The focus is on seamlessly coordinated CAD/CAM processes and precise grinding processes that enable fast and practical solutions.
18 November 2026 – High-performance machining ‘milling’
High performance in machining – strategies for greater volume
Different milling strategies lead to clearly different results in terms of quality, machining time and stability in volume machining. Using identical structural components, the workshop shows how HPC, HSC and iMachining can be classified and what areas of application result from this.
