He thus succeeds Conrado Couto Diniz, who had continued to manage MAPAL do Brasil in parallel after transferring to MAPAL Italia at the beginning of 2025.

Denilson Misiti brings with him 30 years of experience in the precision tool industry and in leading international companies in Brazil. Most recently, he served as General Manager of MAPAL HiTECO TMS do Brasil, where he focused on tool management services.

He is known for his hands-on leadership style, his focus on strategically achieving sales and financial targets, and his ability to foster employees and teams.

Conrado Diniz will fully support Denilson Misiti during the first few months to ensure a smooth and proper transition. Misiti will continue to serve as Managing Director of MAPAL HiTECO TMS do Brasil in parallel until a successor is appointed for that position.
