Before joining Vollmer, Großhauser was Chairman of the Management Board of Zeppelin Power Systems, a Zeppelin Group company specializing in drive and energy systems. Prior to that, he was Spokesman of the Management Board at tegimus holding (Thermamax Group) and held various management positions at MAN Energy Solutions. His career includes strategic corporate development, the expansion of product portfolios and markets as well as responsibility for production, development and logistics. Innovation and digitalization projects characterize his professional career - key areas that are also of central importance to Vollmer.

Großhauser started his career in the machining industry, which means he is also familiar with the requirements of machine tools from the user's perspective. With his dual qualification as a graduate engineer and business graduate, as well as having studied in the USA, he is ideally equipped to take Vollmer forward.
