Heinz Verfürth is a proven finance and transformation expert; he has many years’ experience in leading industrial companies, successfully managing change processes and stakeholder management. His expertise will help to further strengthen the Group’s financial stability and to consistently drive forward the measures introduced to secure its future.

As part of this reorganisation, Ralf Großhauser is stepping down from the Management Board. He has decided to make way for the next phase of the company’s development.
